Khamis Buharoon Al Shamsi serves as Chairman of the Board, bringing over 4 decades of distinguished leadership across the financial and investment sectors. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where he contributed to strengthening the bank’s strategic direction and institutional performance. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for sound judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex market environments.

In addition to his chairmanship at ADNTC, he holds key leadership roles including Board Member of Agthia Group PJSC, Chairman of Tawasal Information Technology LLC, Chairman of Multi Met Trading LLC,  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Priorbank JSC, Vice Chairman of Alpha Data, Chairman and Managing Director of Royal Capital and Founder of KFAK Banking Consultancy, reflecting his broad influence across multiple sectors.
