Khalid Ali Al Mansoori serves as a Director, contributing to the Board through his roles on the Remuneration & Nomination and Strategy & Investments Committees. He holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, both from Higher Colleges of Technology UAE – reflecting a strong blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial focus.

He is the Owner of Circle Engineering Consultants and Executive Chairman of MPM Real Estate, where he drives business growth and oversees strategic development across both engineering and real estate sectors. Additionally, he serves as a Member of the Investment Advisory Board (IAB) of REIT.

With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and cross-sector experience, he brings a practical and innovation-driven perspective to the Board, supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
