Bushrah Abdullah Al Shehhi serves as a Director and Member of key committees, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in human capital management across the banking and government sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from United Arab Emirates University. She also holds a CIPD–CPP certification from Bradfield Institute, further strengthening her professional expertise in human resources.

She is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where she leads the bank’s human capital strategy, driving organizational transformation, Emiratization initiatives, and digital HR innovation. She also serves as Chairperson of Kawader and holds board roles within key subsidiaries, contributing to talent development and national workforce advancement.

With deep expertise in organizational development, transformation, and workforce strategy, she brings a people-centric and performance-driven perspective to the Board, supporting sustainable growth and long-term institutional excellence.
