Naser Al Zaabi has been appointed as a Board Member, serving as the Chairman of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and a Member of the Strategy & Investment Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Saint Joseph College in the USA.

He is the Chairman of Ruya Bank. Additionally, he serves as a Chief Operating Officer of Das Holding and an advisor to the Presidential Court.
