Abdullatif Abdulla Ahmed Al Mulla has been appointed as a member of several key committees, including the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, and Strategy & Investment Committee. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervision & Insider Trading Committee and a member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Development and Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s in Corporate Communication from Duquesne University, and a PhD from Amity University.

He is the Chairman of IMDAD.
