  b) Erection All Risks (EAR)
  c) Contractor’s Plant and Machinery (CPM)

A. Contractor’s All Risks (C.A.R)

This cover is very useful for contractor’s undertaking works of all kinds and the policy can be tailored to company with the tender conditions, this policy provides comprehensive financial protection against loss or damage in respect of contract works, construction plant and equipment and/or construction machinery.

All temporary and permanent works, in addition, protection against claims in respect to third party property damage or bodily injury arising in connection with the execution of the construction of the project.

The cover can be extended to include goods in transit, storage and on site and/or cost of debris removal.

B. Erection All Risks (EAR)
A comprehensive protection against risks involved during the course of the erection of the Machinery, Plaint and Steel Structures of any kind. In addition, third party claims in respect of Property Damage or Bodily injury arising in connection with the execution or the erection project. This cover is during the period of erection, commissioning and testing.
This cover is usually sought by:
The contractor manufacturers or suppliers of Plant & Machinery while carrying out the erection work, the buyer of the Plant of Machinery to be erected, and the firm commissioned to carry the Erection.

C. Contractor’s plant and Machinery (CPM)
A comprehensive cover against loss of damage from sudden and unforeseen causes occurring to the plant and machinery at work, during maintenance operations, at rest and can be offered for several work sites and in transit.
